Covering approximately 37 km with 1,400 meters of elevation gain, this challenging ride rewards you with breathtaking views and an unforgettable experience. Day 05Mountain biking from Taal to Chame: 30km, 1300m ascentAfter breakfast, continue your mountain biking journey from Taal to Chame, the administrative center of the Manang District. The trail follows the Marsyangdi River through dense pine forests, picturesque villages, and dramatic mountain landscapes, with spectacular views of snow-capped peaks along the way. Covering approximately 30 km with 1,300 meters of elevation gain, the ride offers a rewarding mix of technical sections and scenic beauty. Day 06Mountain biking from Chame to Manang: 30km Ride, 1250m ascentAfter breakfast, set out on an exciting ride from Chame to Manang, one of the most scenic sections of the Annapurna Circuit. The trail winds through alpine forests, traditional villages, and rugged mountain terrain, crossing suspension bridges and offering spectacular views of towering Himalayan peaks. Covering approximately 30 km with 1,250 meters of elevation gain, the ride gradually ascends into the high-altitude landscapes of the Manang Valley. Day 07Acclimatization Day in ManangToday is dedicated to acclimatization, an essential step in preparing for higher altitudes. Covering approximately 17 km with 1,240 meters of elevation gain, today's shorter but demanding ride helps you gain altitude at a steady pace. Upon arrival at Thorong Phedi, check in to your lodge, rest, and prepare for the challenging pass crossing the following day.

Day 09Mountain biking from Thorong Phedi to Muktinath via the Thorong-la Pass: 14km, 1040m ascentStart early before dawn for the most challenging and rewarding day of the journey. Ride and, where necessary due to the steep and high-altitude terrain, push or carry your bike as you ascend to Thorong La Pass (5,416 m), one of the highest mountain passes in the world. From the summit, take in breathtaking panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges before beginning a thrilling descent to the sacred pilgrimage town of Muktinath. Covering approximately 14 km with 1,040 meters of ascent, today's route is physically demanding but offers an unforgettable high-altitude adventure. Upon arrival in Muktinath, visit the revered temple if time permits, then check in to your lodge for a well-earned rest.

Day 10Mountain biking from Muktinath to Kalopani via Lubra Valley: 45km, 700m ascentAfter breakfast, begin an exciting mountain biking ride from Muktinath to Kalopani through the beautiful and less-traveled Lubra Valley. The route takes you through traditional villages, ancient landscapes, and scenic Himalayan terrain, offering magnificent views of Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna ranges. Enjoy a mix of challenging climbs, flowing trails, and thrilling descents as you make your way toward the lower Mustang region. Covering approximately 45 km with 700 meters of elevation gain, this ride combines adventure, culture, and breathtaking natural beauty. Day 11Mountain biking from Kalopani to Maldhunga: 56km, 400m ascent then drive to PokharaAfter breakfast, begin your final mountain biking section from Kalopani to Maldhunga, following scenic trails through the lower Annapurna region. The route offers a spectacular transition from alpine landscapes to lush hills, passing through charming villages, forests, and riverside scenery. Covering approximately 56 km with 400 meters of elevation gain, enjoy a thrilling ride with a mix of gradual climbs and exciting descents.
