Trisuli River Rafting is popular for Day Rafting trip eventhough the rafting trip can be extended to 2 or 3 days and can be rafted 15 to 60 KM. Trisuli river is a best option for those looking for a short river trip near by the major towns Kathmandu, Pokhara and Chitwan National Park. One can enjoy the wonderful rafting day without the challenge of big rapids. However it has some bouncy waves and tricky chutes to make it an exciting trip with the combination of grade II+ and III+ rapids. During the monsoon, the intensity of the rapids increase to IV+ grades. Trisuli river flows along the Prithvi Highway thus quite accessible and can easily proceed to the next destination after the rafting trip.
